This is a Large shawl/ scarf – size 45 x 180 cm. Scarf is made from Pongee 5 Silk.
The background is pale Grey and Blue giving the feeling of the sky. The pattern is of grasses and wild flowers in Greens, Browns, with hints of Red, Yellow and Blue.
Each scarf is hand painted on rolled silk. The design and colour may vary slightly as they are individualy created and viewed on screen.
Your scarf will come to you in a complimentary hand painted box. I am always open to suggestions for colour or design so please get in touch if you have a special request.

The Isle of Mull has lots of beautiful wildflowers. As we head into spring and the grasses start to show, the flowers appear starting with Yellows, then Blues, Red and White. Very inspiring to paint and they look lovely and delicate on this scarf.
