HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Royal Mail 24 Tracked.
Delivery times once dispatched:
24 Tracked: 1-3 business days
48 Tracked: 2-3 business days
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Trackedfand are therefore eligible for tracking.
You should be able to track your order through the Royal Mail website. Any issues do not hesitate to get in touch.

If your delivery is missed you will receive a card from Royal Mail with details on how to collect your parcel. Failure to do this within the required time period will result in the item being returned to us. You will be required to cover the postage cost of the item should you require it to be resent.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will try our best to locate your parcel.

Please do remember that once an item has been dispatched and is with the carrier, we cannot control delivery times.

Do bear in mind that during busy postal periods and strikes delivery services can take longer.

If you think your order is lost please do double-check your delivery address. We are not responsible for being provided with the incorrect address.

Please also note, Royal Mail does not consider a parcel as lost until 10 working days past the delivery date period.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you have changed your mind about your order, you have 14 days to contact us to request a refund.
All items must be returned in their original condition
You are responsible for covering the return postage

Your refund will be processed once the item has been returned to us.
