A perfectly smoothed shard of lilac. There has only been one beach in Tiree where this colour is found! Adorned by fine silver wrap and hung on a silver chain. The indentations you see are a mark of true sea glass; as the tumbling in the sea with sand and stone both making their mark upon its surface.
Perfect imperfections.
Hand worked fine silver by Catriona Spink, who also does a lot of beach cleaning, occasionally spotting gems like these. Cord finished with slip knots for adjustable height in wear 🙂
