While I aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times cannot be guaranteed as I live on the Isle of Lewis, where weather conditions can occasionally cause delays. All items are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Please allow up to 10 working days from the dispatch date for delivery, and if your order has not arrived within this timeframe, feel free to contact me for assistance. For local customers on the island, you can message me to arrange collection from South Lochs or a drop-off in Stornoway.

I do not offer refunds unless an item is damaged or defective. If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement or refund in these cases.
