Lars is feared all around the country and even overseas for his skill with a sword. Actually he’s really a very peaceable kind of Viking and only gets riled up when he sees anyone being cruel to children or animals.  Birds love him too but this does mean lots of polishing of his helmet even though they say it’s lucky to be ‘visited’ by a bird.
