Gneiss Earl Grey has been inspired by a lighthouse! Gneiss is the bedrock of the Hebrides and Tiree gneiss was the intended building material for the Skerryvore lighthouse, but after the first three foundational courses the builders opted for softer Mull granite for the rest of the tower!
Like its namesake, Gneiss Earl Grey is a solid base for a great cuppa, topped with lighter notes.
