Georgina, Sofie and Claire are three women who live at the north end of the Isle of Jura - described by George Orwell as 'un-get-atable'. They grow and forage 15 botanicals from the hills, coast, woods and gardens of Jura to create a zesty, aromatic, award winning gin.
