This is JP Orkneys twist on the 1930’s classic cocktail, ‘The Bloody Mary’ . Local Vodka, “Into The Wild”, by Deerness Distillery and Hendersons Relish makes for a modern and gently spiced sauce. Uses range from dipping to basting the choice is yours. JP’s chief tasters highly recommend serving with char grilled halloumi, roasted salmon or poached eggs and fresh avocado.
Suitable for Vegans/Vegetarians with Hendersons Relish replacing Worcestershire Sauce.
