A round slate hanging decoration, engraved with the face of Father Christmas – beard, hat and all – encircled by a band of Celtic knotwork.
It is made by Johnny McMaster, the craftsman behind Barnweil in Waternish, in the Isle of Skye. The natural slate gives each bauble its own edge and shading.
A nice bit of weight on the tree, and a small Skye-made gift or stocking filler.
