Cork is naturally water resistant and the cover can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

When you’ve finished with an insert, slip it out of the bands, file it away and simply refill with another from ‘Coffee Notes’ or any other stapled or stitched insert of A7 size

Brue Art is named after the village myself and my husband moved to in 2017, swapping life in Cambridgeshire for a new one on the Isle of Lewis. I’m now semi retired, allowing me time to rekindle my ‘artistic side’, which had been put on hold for many years due to work.
I grabbed the chance to learn more skills, portrait painting in oils, print making, textile design, jewellery making and book binding, attending many courses and tapping into the wealth of knowledge available on the island. Of course some might say I’m now a “jack of all trades, master of none”, what I say is, ” if you love doing it, do it! Enjoy, have fun and if others like it, that’s a bonus”.
So was born, Brue Art, sharing my passion for what I have learnt and love making.
