Stylish and unique Bocote wood pen, borne out of my love of crafting with different types of wood.
Bocote refers to several Central American shrubs and tree species from the Borage family and are found mostly in warmer regions of the world. The wood has unique grain patterns from straight lines to swirls to bird’s eye figures. Contains a high oil content which helps to achieve a high sheen in the finished products.
Hand-turned on our lathe in Craignure, in the Isle of Mull. A perfect gift for someone who has everything or a special souvenir of your time enjoyed in these magical islands.
