We strive to dispatch items via Royal Mail within 3-5 business days for standard orders, and within 7-14 days for made-to-order items. However, occasional delays may occur. As we are based in Shetland, please allow an additional 2-3 days for postal deliveries. Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Once shipped, our return policy will apply. If you have not received your item within 30 days, please contact us. Currently, we offer delivery to UK addresses only.

Non-bespoke items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Once the return has been initiated, the items must be returned within 14 days. If a returned item is found to be faulty, a full refund, including return postage, will be issued after inspection. For non-faulty items, a refund will be processed upon inspection, with the customer responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using tracked postage, as Jade Craft Shetland is not liable for lost parcels.
