Our Taste of India curry mustard is a firework of full-bodied flavours. The spicy ingredients are finely balanced so that they are not lost in the mustard’s spicyness and the mustard also retains its typical flavour. A delicious taste experience that adds an exotic touch to culinary dishes.
This mustard is an ideal companion for turkey and chicken, fish fillet in curry sauce, light cream sauces with vegetable variations, Indian pork curry, mutton pilaf, fondue dips, with white meat. Try it also in mayonnaise for coronated chicken or simply as a dip for crudites mixed with creme fraiche.
