Our rum marmalade is our newest product.

This product uses the rum soaked orange peel that comes out of our spicing process. We, of course, add a splash of rum to the marmalade too.

We are committed to limiting the waste we produce and are continually looking to develop new products that are made using our byproducts of rum production. So, if you have any ideas please do get in touch!

Please note the current stock on hand comes with a white lid not a turquoise lid as the marmalade was produced prior to us introducing the new lids.
