A lambswool hat knitted in narrow diagonal stripes, in the colourway Sandra calls sunrise.
Sandra Williamson works from Shetland and designs her own knitwear, machine knit and hand knit both. The stripes here run on the bias, so the pattern spirals round the crown instead of sitting in flat bands.
The colours are soft peach and cream, with a deeper pink in the turned-up ribbed brim. Lambswool makes it light to wear and easy to push into a coat pocket. A Sunrise Diagonal Stripe scarf is listed separately in the same colours.
