Fabulous colour, background notes of star anise (not too much) gives a real depth to the jam. We use it to fill Lamingtons and or as a sneaky layer in rich dark chocolate cake.  Great on warm scones, bagels and crumpets or with rich Greek yoghurt.  

What about creating a pick and mix box of 4 or 6 jars? (Postage is only £3.10 for up to 6 delicious jars)
