Welcome to my button collection! Each one original and handcrafted by me in my Shetland studio.
These ones are made from special Bains beach sands and come in 3 sizes.
I have used crystal clear resin. Buttons are sold as a matching pair, attached to a card in an organza gift bag. Posted 1st class.

Fans of tv series “Shetland” will recognise the beach in Lerwick! as featured at the home of fictional detective Jimmy Perez.

This sand is a distinctive colour compared to the other beaches around The Shetland Islands.

Sarah is a Shetland born artist specialising in everything resin!

Working from her studio in Scalloway where visitors are welcome, situated on a steep hillside overlooking the Scalloway castle and islands beyond it is a stunning location.

Sarah designed and built a garden from a piece of scrap ground outside her house, on a steep slope starting in 2009. Within 3 years the garden won an environmental award for the use of recycling and is also open to the public to visit while raising money for charity as past of Scotland gardens scheme.

Sarah is delighted to be part of Isle 20 enterprise and also has her own website – www.sarahkayarts.com.
