A square slate coaster, laser-engraved with a floral design of a big open sunflower and roses.
It is made by Johnny McMaster of Barnweil, in Waternish in the Isle of Skye.
The coaster is natural slate, 100mm x 100mm, and finished with a lacquer so it wipes clean easily. The engraving picks out the flowers in soft grey against the dark stone.
A practical gift that protects the table and looks the part doing it.
