A good portion of red chillies and cayenne pepper provide the heat. Not overpowered. Unlike the earlier harvested greens, the reds have a sweeter aroma you can taste.
Our Chilli mustard Infernal Bliss is made with yellow mustard seeds, partly ground into flour, a fine Cider vinegar, raw cane sugar, all organic, making it a culinary enrichment. Red Chillis and Cayenne pepper provide the heat. For sauces, dressings, to spice up meat and also for vegetables, and if you like the subtle taste of mustard use with cheese, sausages and pâté and definately not to be missed with BBQs.
