A little added vanilla essence gives a smooth creamy edge. Not tart as maybe expected with rhubarb. Works well with almonds in a Bakewell Tart or simply with buttercream in a plain sponge. A great all-rounder.

What about creating a pick and mix box of 4 or 6 jars? (Postage is only £3.10 for up to 6 delicious jars)
