Juniper berries are slowly distilled in copper pot stills and are then vapour infused with carefully selected botanicals such as coriander, angelica, orris, grains of paradise and lemon to name a few. One botanical is kept under wraps, but it can only be found at altitude of the Isle of Skye.
Enjoy notes of citrus and floral juniper with an undertone of spice. We recommend enjoying Misty Isle with a premium Scottish tonic water and garnishing with a twist of fresh orange peel to enhance the citrus taste. 41.5% ABV.
